This website is operated by Joules Rain Art. By visiting our site and purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Products & Services

All art prints and merchandise are produced to order by third-party print partners. Colours may vary slightly from screen to screen due to monitor calibration. We take great care to ensure product images are as accurate as possible.

Original paintings and commission pieces are one-of-a-kind works. All rights to the artwork remain with Joules Rain Art unless explicitly transferred in writing.

Commissions

By commissioning a piece, you agree to the commission terms discussed and confirmed via email prior to work beginning. A deposit may be required before work commences. Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun.

Intellectual Property

All artwork, images, and content on this site are the intellectual property of Joules Rain Art and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without express written permission.

Payment

All prices are listed in GBP. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payment is taken in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed for commission work.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
