Print-on-Demand Art Prints & Merchandise
All art prints and merchandise are produced and fulfilled by our print partners (Gelato and/or Printify). Production typically takes 3–7 business days, after which your order is shipped directly to you.
Estimated delivery times once dispatched:
- UK: 3–5 business days
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- USA & Canada: 5–10 business days
- Rest of World: 7–14 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Tracking information will be provided where available.
The Toracle Deck, Original Paintings & Commission Pieces
These items are shipped by us directly with love and care 🖤
- UK: Free shipping on all orders, dispatched within 2–3 business days via Royal Mail.
- International: We ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. As a guide, international shipping to the USA is approximately £22. We want everyone to have access to our work; if you have any questions about shipping to your country before ordering, please get in touch at joulesrainart@gmail.com.
Please note that commission pieces and large original paintings may require additional packaging time and specialist courier services. We will always communicate dispatch timescales with you personally for bespoke orders.
Please note that international customers may be subject to local customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
