Print-on-Demand Art Prints & Merchandise
All art prints and merchandise (including clothing, accessories, and homeware) are produced to order by our print partners and are therefore non-returnable and non-refundable for change of mind or incorrect size selection. Please check sizing guides carefully before purchasing.
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrectly printed, please contact us within 14 days of receipt at joulesrainart@gmail.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
The Toracle Deck
We want you to love your deck. If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of receipt at joulesrainart@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage.
If you change your mind, we accept returns of The Toracle Deck within 14 days of delivery, provided it is unused and in its original packaging. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. To initiate a return, please contact us at joulesrainart@gmail.com and we will provide return instructions and address.
Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original & Bespoke Commission Pieces
Commission pieces are created uniquely for you and are non-refundable once work has begun. If you have concerns about your commission, please get in touch. I work closely with every client to ensure you're happy with the result.
